A PRAYER OF INVITATION

 
 

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.

A Prayer Of Invitation

 

I open the door to you, Jesus.

Come and make yourself fully at home in my life,

Today and everyday.

Let me truly know and experience

Your love and acceptance, 

Deeply

So that your love may overflow from me,

Transforming the world in which I live and know,

Bringing a lifeline to all who are in need,

Sparking an infectious joy

That spreads like wild fire,

Uncontrollable 

And untameable.
